The primary objective of this Graduate Program is to offer advanced workplace learning in a specialized discipline, providing graduates with an in-depth understanding of their field of study.
Graduate Program Highlights
Participants in the Fraser Alexander Graduate Program will gain exposure to the following areas:
- Tailings Dam Design, Construction, and Operations: Interns will learn about the requirements and best practices for designing, constructing, and operating tailings dams.
- Global Industry Standards on Tailings Management (GISM): Interns will gain insights into the implementation of GISM across various Fraser Alexander sites.
- Technical Reporting and Presentations: Exposure to technical reporting, presentations, and participating in technical meetings on tailings management.
- Plant Structures and Civil Works: Hands-on experience with plant structures and civil works, including design exposure.
- Metallurgical Processes: Understanding the intricacies of metallurgical processes.
Qualifications
- BSc / Bachelor’s Degree / BTech in Civil or Industrial Engineering
Requirements
- Medically fit
- Unemployed
- Valid driver’s license
- Candidates must not have participated in a similar Graduate Program previously
