PEPKOR Skills Development Coordinator 2026 – Training, Learnership and Career Development Opportunity

Ackermans is looking for a passionate and highly organized Skills Development Coordinator to join its Human Resources team. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing training programs, and helping develop meaningful career pathways for learners and employees.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving training and development initiatives, including learnerships, internships, bursaries, and other accredited skills development programs within the company.

This position is based at the Ackermans Support Centre and offers a full-time employment opportunity within the HR department.

Key Responsibilities & Knowledge Required

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge in:

  • Coordinating and implementing learnerships
  • Managing bursaries, internships, and graduate programs
  • Skills development program coordination
  • Data analysis, reporting, and documentation
  • Advanced MS Excel and MS Office skills
  • Learner management systems
  • W&RSETA requirements and legislation
  • BBBEE reporting compliance

  • Knowledge of governance and legislative reporting

  • Experience in HR or training environment
  • Experience in onboarding and employee induction
  • Experience managing learnerships or development programs

 Qualifications Required

Essential:

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Business Administration Certificate

Preferred:

  • HR Diploma or Degree or related qualification
