Program Overview
In collaboration with Optimum Learning Technologies, Tiger Brands is recruiting enthusiastic youth for its Learnership opportunities. Successful candidates will participate in training at the Optimum Learning Technologies Centre and complete the workplace integration component in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The comprehensive program spans 12-18 months, combining rigorous training with hands-on experience.

Screening Process
Applicants will undergo a thorough screening process, and placements will be determined based on the results of this evaluation.

Minimum Requirements
To be eligible for this prestigious Learnership program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.
  • Education: Must have completed Grade 12 with Mathematics and two languages (one as a First Language and English).
  • Technical Aptitude: Demonstrates strong technical skills.
  • Work Ethic: Exhibits a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Learning Enthusiasm: Shows a keen eagerness to learn and grow.
